In this class we combined all the benefits of the Pilates Reformer machine with the added Burn of our Barre moves. 

This is a dynamic, fun, full body workout that packs a punch. 

You’ll tap into your deep strength and endurance as well as challenging your stability and balance.

*This class is an Intermediate Level class and not suitable for beginners new to reformer*
