Welcome to Aerial!

In this class you will be gently introduced to up to 3 aerial apparatuses. Class will begin with warmup, light conditioning, and then introductory moves to aerial hammock, silks or hoop.

We recommend wearing close fitting long pants, and bringing an optional long sleeve shirt . Please leave clothes with zippers and all your jewelry at home.
