Welcome to Straps! This class will focus on Strap techniques, emphasizing strength and endurance, and building up to dynamic movements. We recommend bring a pair of socks you are willing to sacrifice (wrist protection!) and an extra long-sleeve shirt. This is an all-levels class!

Pre-Reqs: Ability to invert confidently from the ground, and excellence in beginner aerial classes at a minimum.
