Our highest level hammock class will explore various concepts, theories, techniques and skills both static and dynamic. This course is not standardized, and will focus on whatever the instructor deems appropriate. 

Prerequisite: Hammock 3 and instructor permission

We suggest: snug-fitting clothing covering armpits and kneepits. Long sleeves can be useful to have on hand!
