Level 1 will focus on fundamental wraps, techniques, and body engagement. Possible moves will include footlocks, inverts and rolls.

Prerequisite: Introduction to Aerial

We suggest: snug-fitting clothing covering armpits and kneepits. Long sleeves can be useful to have on hand!
