Terms and Conditions
By purchasing an Arcane Circus membership, I acknowledge and agree that I have read the Terms and Conditions included below, the Rules and Regulations of Arcane Circus, and to such other terms and conditions as may be incorporated herein by reference and or in the membership agreement, and agree to be bound by them, regardless of when I sign the membership agreement.
General
- Memberships are non-transferable, and can only be used by the purchaser.
- Arcane Circus reserves the right to revoke any membership in the event of non-compliance with Arcane Circus rules and regulations.
- Membership passes can only be used towards Arcane Circus classes, however Arcane Circus reserves the right to prevent a student from attending a class if the instructor does not think it is level appropriate.
- You must be 16 years of age or older to attend any class at Arcane Studio. If you are under 18 years of age, we will require your legal guardian to sign a consent form in-studio prior to attending your first class.
- You agree to sign an Arcane Circus Waiver and a Membership Agreement prior to taking any class and in conjunction with the purchase of any punch card, membership or otherwise.
- Memberships are set to auto-renew. Members have 30 days prior to renewal to notify Arcane that you wish to opt-out
