Enjoy a balance of yin (slower paced) and yang (faster paced) yoga. 

Suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility ranging from inactive to athletic.  If your mind is overactive and/or your energy levels are up and down, this is a great class for you to try!

No experience necessary and you do not need to be flexible or know anything about yoga to attend.  Just be prepared to feel welcomed and supported as you enjoy exploring stretching, movement and relaxation.
