This is an all levels class designed for men, women, and athletes ages 13 and up .
This class compliments anyone looking to "recover" from other type of workouts (cardio, strength training, etc)
AND/OR
seeking to work on flexibility, range of motion, and/or "tight" problem areas (such as hips, back, shoulders, neck, etc).
This class will only be available for up to 5 students, allowing the instructor to offer more personal attention to students.
Expect to challenge your core, balance, strength, and body awareness. Experience a supported, comforting compression in floating savasana.
Must sign up for class at least 4 hours in advance (online, call, or text studio)
