Aerial Flow

**For the beginner it is recommended to try the Aerial Gentle Flow class or Beginner Series before participating in Aerial Flow. 
Taking the best of both worlds (yoga and aerial) and meshing them together with creativity while maintaining the integrity that each practice instills.
 
Weaving traditional mat yoga and aerial yoga together for grounding, strengthening and stretching.  Hammock is used to deepen backbends, heart openers, and all over stretching; it is also extremely effective in building core and upper body strength.  There will be focus on our breath with movement flow. 
Ideal for anyone looking to explore and/or supplement their mat practice while having fun challenging themselves mentally and physically.

-leggings are recommended, please NO shorts. 
-tee shirts are recommended so deodorant doesn't stain the hammock material. 
-NO jewelry please (it snags our fabric)!

- weight limit is 300lbs.
- concerned about motion sickness?  We recommend a non-drowsy dramamine, or similar, 30 min prior to class. 
- this therapeutic practice compliments other forms of workouts, those just beginning their journey of movement & achieving better health, physical therapy patients (with doctor approval), and/or those that currently use a chiropractor.
