This class is for the beginner student of Aerial Yoga.   We will discuss the philosophy of Aerial yoga and explore basic poses while learning how to safely move and flow using the aerial hammock.  

- see our website for contraindications of participating in aerial classes. As always, we recommend checking with your doctor before beginning any exercise regimen. 
- weight limit is 300lbs. 
- concerned about motion sickness?  We recommend a non-drowsy dramamine, or similar, 30 min prior to class. 
- this therapeutic practice compliments other forms of workouts, those just beginning their journey of movement & achieving better health, physical therapy patients (with doctor approval), and/or those that currently use a chiropractor.
