This is a 75 minute class incorporating traditional & aerial yoga together. It is designed for anyone looking to explore what is accessible in their body:  exploring your level of flexibility,  explore range of motion, what feels good for your body and maybe what doesn't, understanding our thoughts and how they guide us, gentle movement with purpose, and much more.  We will utilize the aerial hammock for our yin portion of class (dynamic stretching & stillness) and place an emphasis on mat yoga for our yang portion of class (faster paced & more movement).
It is a wonderfully balanced practice!
