This practice welcomes you to become fully present on your mat. 
We begin with specific Pranayama breathing exercises designed to balance the body, and gentle movement sequences allowing you to settle in. We then move to a series of flowing yoga sequences, continuing to integrate breath with movement. Throughout this class you will be encouraged to synchronize each movement with the breath while noticing its rhythm, depth, and quality as you move, fostering a sense of mindfulness and fluidity.
As the practice winds down, enjoy a calming cool-down with restorative postures, concluding with a moment of reflection.
