Little Zens

This class is designed for children:

To introduce children to the marvelous, magical properties of their own minds and bodies,
To build self-awareness through a creative range of activities and exercises,
To develop subtle techniques of scanning the attention through the body, breathing and mind mastery,
To explore ways to connect these skills to everyday life.

These skills can be so valuable when life throws challenges their way. By practicing mindfulness, meditation and breathwork; the children's self-awareness grows and their self knowledge blossoms.

Duration: 35-45 mins

Cost: $15 per session

Location: Polly & Co Greenroom, located at the rear of the giftshop, 31 Bridge Street, Muswellbrook

All equipment will be provided for classes, including yoga mat, blanket, pencils, eye pillows and lap table.
