Little Zens
This class is designed for children:
- To introduce children to the marvelous, magical properties of their own minds and bodies,
- To build self-awareness through a creative range of activities and exercises,
- To develop subtle techniques of scanning the attention through the body, breathing and mind mastery,
- To explore ways to connect these skills to everyday life.
These skills can be so valuable when life throws challenges their way. By practicing mindfulness, meditation and breathwork; the children's self-awareness grows and their self knowledge blossoms.
Duration: 35-45 mins
Cost: $15 per session
Location: Polly & Co Greenroom, located at the rear of the giftshop, 31 Bridge Street, Muswellbrook
All equipment will be provided for classes, including yoga mat, blanket, pencils, eye pillows and lap table.
