Level 1 & 2 Adult Aerial Silks

Pre-Requisites: Completion of Presceding classes levels (L0-Intro; L1- Beginning) How to tie a slipknot; L-Hang; Basic/Figure 8 FootLocks (Single & Double); Crochet; Wrist Locks, Key Overs. Basic Climbs; Little Russian Climbs.  (Look for “Level 0- Intro to Aerial Silks” to learn the above pre-requisites). 

Class Description: In Adult Aerial Silks Lev 1 & 2, students will learn the basics of aerial silks moves and wraps while exploring short sequences. Students will build on their foundational knowledge to learn more complex pathways and theory while building up strength, mobility, and stamina to enter the next level of class.
