Connecting movement with breath, this beginner-friendly class is designed to help you explore basic postures (facilitated or deepened with the use of props) while cultivating an internal, meditative experience.  

This will be a nurturing and supportive space to learn and to practice postures – as well as self-compassion and non-judgemental inner awareness – that can be extended into your life beyond the mat.
