Pilates Mat Class, suitable for all levels, includes an invigorating 45 minute mat workout based on Joseph Pilates classical work, where we will focus on strength, flexibility, quality of movement, flow and balance. Please bring your own yoga mat. Pilates is known for helping with posture, alignment, circulation and feeling good!
