Ariel Yoga Me & My Pal Class

Come to aerial yoga class with your child or mentee and do a class together in this special aerial class for kids and their adult! This is a fun class for kids and their parent or mentor to learn how to use aerial hammocks for mindful movement. 

Kids must be age 6 or older. Sign up with your account and click "add a child" to your family to also sign them up. Make sure you are both signed up for the class!

This class incorporates basic aerial poses that help build strength and focus as we relax and play in the silk hammocks. There is always a lot of laughter in aerial classes and playful exploration is encouraged! Every pose is 'challenge by choice' and participants can decide what feels best for them.

This class requires a regular class pass per participant. Members are free.  Come as you are. All are welcome.
