Join us for an evening of bliss starting with a gentle 50-minute Vinyasa Flow yoga session, followed by a peaceful candle gazing meditation.

Candle Meditation is said to help eradicate eye disorders as well as help with depression, insomnia , headaches, and poor concentration. Some say it also arouses clairvoyance and physic healing.

This style of meditation is also known as Trataka, which means - to gaze steadily at a fixed point.
