Vinyasa Basics is a mindfully paced vinyasa flow class linking the connection between movement and breath, while also focusing on proper form and alignment. The instructor will lead students through a sequence of poses that focus on the power of inhaling, exhaling, and sun salutations combined with classic poses of hatha yoga. This class is perfect for beginners or students looking for a slower paced practice.
