Yoga can help children of all ages to build physical skills as well as enhancing self confidence. The poses and exercises engage young minds to develop a sense of awareness while working together to encourage positive relationships. The instructor will end each class with a short breathing and relaxation to help your child learn mindfulness and reduce stress.
