This class guides you in feeling centered and connected with your body through a series of exercises and movements done on the floor. It aims to strengthen the core and increase balance and mobility in the joints – from fingertips to toes. For this class, come wearing clothing you feel good moving in and bring a mat so you can comfortably lay on the floor.
