This class requires prior approval from the instructor.  This class is "free" if you take the Intermediate Ballet Class 11:15am-12:45pm. Please email [email protected] to set up an evaluation.

This class works on beginning pointe exercises to strengthen the feet, ankles, and core and to work on the coordination required by pointe technique. It progresses to center exercises as the dancers are able and continues to guide them on strengthening and improving their technique. If you have previous pointe experience, or if you are confidently taking the Intermediate level ballet classes, please contact the office for an evaluation.
