Pilates is a dynamic mind-body exercise practice that provides a full-body workout while emphasizing strength, balance, flexibility and the core.  Pilates is highly adaptable and suitable for all ages, fitness levels and experience.  Join us for this 55 minute mat class on Tuesdays at 10 am. Please bring a mat.  Bare feet or sticky socks are recommended.
