This class has been changed to Gentle and Restorative yoga. It is a mat based class. We will be doing gentle hip and shoulder openers. We will do Pranayama in different poses. This is a slow and mindful class to release physical and mental tension. This would be a good option for those with painful joints, or chronic pain, or limited strength for other more vigorous poses.
