A Yoga class where you get to learn the foundational poses/asanas in traditional Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga under the guidance of a very experienced physiotherapist & Yoga instructor (500RYT).
A lot of people feel that they are not flexible enough or not fit enough to do Yoga! In this class I will teach you how to adapt the poses in a safe, mindful & informed way so that you can enjoy the other classes without fear of hurting yourself or being too self-concious.
Learn the fundamentals of alignment, muscle activation & pose modifications to allow you to immerse yourself more fully in the regular classes.
A great way for those new to the mat or those wanting to revisit the basics!
