A controlled, technique-focused Pilates floor class designed to build strength and improve movement quality. Ideal for beginners, injury recovery or those wanting a low-impact but still challenging session.
Suitable for all levels but participants must be able to get from floor to standing independently.
Options provided to tailor exercises to individual needs.
All equipment is provided, however you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Please bring a towel for positioning. Grip socks are optional.
