Build strength, move with confidence, and refine your Reformer Pilates practice.

Our General Reformer Pilates class is designed for participants with previous Pilates experience who are looking to improve core stability, flexibility, mobility, and whole-body strength in a supportive and motivating group environment.

This balanced class combines controlled strength work with flowing movement sequences to challenge your body while improving posture, coordination, and movement quality. Exercises can be progressed or modified to accommodate a range of abilities, making it an excellent choice for clients with some Reformer experience who want to continue developing their practice.

Perfect for:

  • Building core strength and stability
  • Improving flexibility and mobility
  • Enhancing posture and body alignment
  • Developing balance and coordination
  • Increasing whole-body strength and control
  • Maintaining a consistent Reformer Pilates practice

Suitable for: Clients with previous Reformer Pilates experience who have a moderate level of mobility, balance, and basic strength. This class is ideal for those progressing beyond beginner level while not yet ready for more advanced or intermediate programming.

What to bring: Comfortable activewear, a towel, a water bottle, and grip socks (required).

Move well. Build strength. Feel your best.

No grip socks? Don't worry grip socks can be purchased at the time of the class or in advance via the website through click & collect.
