A slow, grounding Hatha yoga class focusing on breath, mindful movement, and gently held postures. Transitions are unhurried, creating space to move with awareness and ease. Suitable for beginners and those new to yoga, while still offering depth for those wanting to explore flexibility, mobility, balance, and inner strength.
This class may be suitable for those managing injuries or underlying conditions; a prior assessment is recommended. Please let your instructor know of any modifications you may need before class begins.
