Vinyasa Yoga is a more energetic & quicker paced class than Hatha, and is sometimes referred to as 'flow'.  A dynamic style that synchronizes breath with continuous movement, linking poses into fluid , dance-like sequences often with one breath per movement. Builds strength, heat and flexibility.

If you have a current injury or underlying condition, a prior assessment is recommended but not mandatory. Please let your instructor know of any modifications you may need before class begins.
