Move with confidence in a class designed to support your body at a slower, more mindful pace.

Low & Slow is a gentle Reformer Pilates class that focuses on quality movement, core strength, flexibility, and mobility without the fast-paced transitions of a traditional Reformer class. With extra time between exercises and carefully selected movements, you’ll have the opportunity to refine technique, improve body awareness, and move with confidence.

This class avoids high-balance, high-coordination, and high-strength exercises, making it an excellent choice for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone who prefers a slower, more supportive approach. Despite its gentle pace, the class provides a rewarding challenge by developing deep core stability, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and enhancing overall movement quality.

Perfect for:

  • Beginners to Reformer Pilates
  • Clients new to exercise or returning after a break
  • Building core strength safely
  • Improving flexibility and mobility
  • Enhancing balance, posture, and movement confidence
  • Those who enjoy a slower, mindful style of movement

Suitable for: Beginners through to experienced participants seeking a gentle yet effective workout.

If you have a current injury, persistent pain, or an underlying health condition, we recommend an assessment with one of our physiotherapists before attending your first class. Please let your instructor know about any injuries or movement limitations before class so appropriate modifications can be provided.

Move gently. Build strength. Feel better every day.
