CLASS FULL - WAITLIST AVAILABLE
This class is designed to run at a slower pace. Transitions between exercises are slower than in a general class and there are no exercises that require a high level of balance, coordination or strength.  It is suitable for a variety of skill levels including beginners and clients who have never attended a reformer class before  but can still be challenging for those wanting to work specifically on inner core strength and flexibility and mobility. 

This class may be suitable for those with current injuries or underlying conditions. If you have an underlying condition or a current injury, prior assessment is recommended before attending class. Please notify your instructor of any modifications you may require prior to the start of class.

Grip socks are required for all classes!
No grip socks? Don't worry grip socks can be purchased at the time of the class or in advance via the website through click & collect.
