Introducing a class with a focus on strength & conditioning with the added benefits of developing flexibility, co-ordination and most importantly, the core.
Appropriate loose fitting fitness clothing (shorts and T-shirt), towel & grip socks essential.

No grip socks? Don't worry grip socks can be purchased at the time of the class or in advance via the website through click & collect.
