This is an intermediate level reformer class suitable for those who have a moderate amount of previous Pilates experience and want to work on core stability, flexibility and overall strength.  

Suitable for a more advanced skill level, this class requires a moderate-high level of mobility, balance and basic strength. It is assumed that participants are very familiar with all aspects of reformer work and are comfortable working in positions such as standing on a moving reformer, plank with feet on the foot bar and working with both hand and foot straps. 

Appropriate fitness clothing, towel and grip socks essential.

Grip socks are required for all classes!
  
No grip socks? Don't worry, grip socks can be purchased at the time of the class or in advance via the website through click & collect.
