Introducing a class which focuses specifically on strength & conditioning with the added benefits of developing general flexibility, co-ordination and of course the core..
 
These classes are designed to introduce, progress and extend you within the realms of your ability.

This class is tailored to cater for all abilities.

Focus:  Strength and Conditioning

Appropriate fitness clothing, towel and grip socks essential.

Grip socks are required for all classes.  

No grip socks? Don't worry, grip socks can be purchased at the time of the class or in advance via the website through click & collect.
