Gift Card for Single Class
How to redeem a Gift Card Purchase.
1. Follow the Unique Link from the Gift Card Email
If you don’t have the email, contact the person who gifted you the card to resend it. The Gift Card email will have the subject: Your Gift Card Purchase.
2. Fill Out the Purchase Form
As the gift recipient, you'll fill out the purchase form with the required details. This allows Punchpass to apply the gift card to your customer account so you can go ahead and book your next classes.
When following the unique link from the email, we'll pre-fill the discount code for you.
The form fields you need to complete might vary depending on the business settings.
If you don't see the gift card code applied, manually enter it and press the Apply Discount button.
3. Press "Purchase" and Enjoy! You're Ready to Book
With your pass purchased, you can now visit the business schedule and make your reservations.
How to Redeem Your Gift Card Code Without a Unique Purchase Link
1. Locate the Gift Card Code
Gift cards in Punchpass are a unique code that you'll enter at checkout. Make sure you have the gift card code handy.
An example of a gift card code could be: MWHHT1
2. Visit the Pass Page to Purchase
Visit the website of the business and find the corresponding pass to purchase. Many studios have a "Purchase a Pass" page with a list of their passes.
You'll click on a pass to open the checkout page.
3. Fill Out the Purchase Form
As the gift recipient, you'll fill out the form with your details: your name, your email address, and your phone number. This allows Punchpass to apply the gift card to your customer account so you can go ahead and book your next classes.
The required fields might vary per the business settings.
4. Enter the Gift Card Code in the Discount Field
Your gift card code is the discount code. You'll enter the gift card code into the discount code field and press Apply Discount.
If you arrived on the pass purchase page from an emailed link, the link you received should have the discount code already applied.
5. Confirming Your Gift Card Code Has Been Applied
When a gift card code is applied, the price of the pass will be come $0.
If the price isn't $0, just enter the gift card code into the discount code field and click Apply Discount as described above.
That will change the price of the pass to be free. Fill out any additional information and click the purchase button to claim your pass.
6. Press the Purchase Button and the Pass is Available on Your Account

Review the details, then complete your purchase. You'll be redirected to Stripe to pay securely.
