These classes will explore how a yoga heart, content mind, being enough and finding strenght in surrender can enrich your practice and everyday life. After a 30-45 minute gentle movement practice. We will then grab a tea and have open group discussion about all the things that inspire us in our life.
Space is limited and runs Monday mornings at 10am.
Dates are April 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th, 2023 with pre-registration in place.
