Join us in The Yoga Dome Yard space for a beautiful full day, Peace & Paddle Retreat.
We will begin our morning with a gentle, yet grounding outdoor yoga practice to connect in with nature and ourselves.
We will also have an immersive & interactive Sound Bath session to help shift the body into a peaceful and relaxed state.
After our morning practices we will gather for a causal picnic style vegan lunch, then get ready to head out for our Paddle Excursion.
Arriving together at the waters edge, we will explore ’on-land‘ paddle tips & tricks. We will then enjoy the afternoon exploring the beautiful nature and calmness of Black Creek waters. A lovely, peaceful and social guided paddle being at one with nature and yourself.
Afterwards, there will be a freestyle exploration to try out some SUP Yoga (standup paddle board yoga).
All levels are welcome to join us and no experience is needed.
