*Special Event* Crystal Chakra Sound Bath

Journey through the Chakras by connecting your mind and body to the sound of the Crystal Singing Bowls. We will explore a guided Chakra Meditation while listening to the bowls that are attuned to each Chakra. In this session we will bring the Chakras into a balanced state. As well as cultivating a deep sense of rest and relaxation. 

This session is for everyone and no experience is necessary.
