Yoga Sculpt combines traditional yoga postures with strength training exercises in order to provide a full-body workout that is gentle on the joints. During this class, you can expect to roll out your yoga mat alongside light dumbbell hand weights. Yoga Sculpt is great for those who want to focus on improving strength and flexibility.
