In this class, we offer a safe space for an open discussion between the instructor and the yogis attending. Individual assistance and hands on adjustments are optional. Great for anyone who is new to yoga or looking for a supportive community as a beginner. We will get together to discuss and explore the basics of the practice, question-answer style. What is yoga? How do you get started on your journey to natural health? What are you curious about? What would you like to focus on in your individual and home practice? What kind of therapeutic benefits can yoga practice offer you? These are all questions we will discuss as a group.
