What to Expect? Just what the name says, a yoga class and instructor that just make you feel good as you flow into the weekend. 

We will practice mindful movement through a series of poses that flow seamlessly from one to the next. The instructor will provide clear, step-by-step instructions, ensuring you understand the alignment and purpose of each pose. Modifications will be offered to accommodate all levels of flexibility and strength. 

Learn to synchronize your breath with your movements in a class designed to reduce stress and increase energy. Gentle stretches and mindful breathing help release tension and improve overall well-being. 

We foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where you can practice at your own pace. Questions and interactions are encouraged to help you feel comfortable and supported.
