This class is 45 minutes of breathing techniques and guided meditation with music while seated or lying down in Savasana. Come as you are! Any attire is appropriate, as we will not be practicing asana (yoga poses). Drop in to your physical body, rejuvenate the mind and energy, melt away stress and leave feeling calm and centered for the rest of your day.
