Restorative Yoga uses props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to create restful shapes that support and open the body to improve overall physical, emotional, and mental health while releasing deeply held tension and stress in the body. This class will end in an effortless guided relaxation and meditation including healing touch by Erin. (This is always optional)
