In this class, students will dive deeper into pranayama (breath work) along with guided meditation, intention setting, and grounding practices.

The session begins with active breathing for 1 hour, with breath retention or holds, guided by Karawan.

Music is played a little louder to allow the student to be in his/her own zone while breathing. Bloom holds a safe space for all those who enter to express themselves fully, without fear or judgement.

Remember: It is best practice to avoid heavy meals before the session, and avoid this particular session if you are pregnant.
