15 minute Sauna

Enjoy a 15 minute session in our Sunlighten dry infrared sauna. The sauna will be pre heated before you arrive. You will have a 30 minute time slot with time before and after your session to change clothes. We provide towels and robes, and we have lockers to safely store your belongings while you sweat! Please let us know 24 hours ahead if you need to cancel your session. 

Best Sauna Practices:

Pre Sauna Session, hydrate with at least 8 oz. of water to prepare your body for an increase in core temperature. 

Use towels in the sauna to absorb sweat during sessions.

To get your body accustomed to infrared therapy, start with 10-15 minute sessions every other day, gradually increasing to 30 minute or daily sessions.

Sweating increases with regular use, removing toxins and leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Post Sauna Session, rehydrate with at least 24 oz. of water and/or electrolytes to replace salt in the body.
