Beginner Yoga is a slow pace flow class incorporating gentle stretching and strengthening movements.  Awareness of the breath helps to calm the mind and enables you to move deeper into the stretches. We will move through the poses slowly with more intricate and detailed cues, for the first timer, or anyone who would like more knowledge on the basic foundation of yoga.
All levels are welcome!
