This class is for any Cumberland Student. Practice yoga that supports your cycle. 

Join The Art of Life Mindfulness Program at Bloom Yoga Studio to deeply relax and unwind with backbends to open your heart and release emotional tension. Give yourself some love and kindness.

Wear clothes you can stretch in and layers for comfort. Warm socks recommended.

The studio has mats and props for you to use, however it is good to bring your own blanket, eyebag, and mat if you have them.
