This class is free for any Cumberland University guy (students, alumni, staff, & faculty). Join us for a yoga class just for you. 

Join The Art of Life Mindfulness Program at Bloom Yoga Studio for Yoga and Meditation for Good Digestion focusing on yoga poses, breath work and meditation, all designed to relax, massage, and stimulate your digestive system. Come to class with an empty stomach. Practice healing love and care for your belly. Bring your favorite pen and journal for gratitude journaling.


Free Event for CU students & staff.


Wear clothes you can stretch in and layers for comfort. Warm socks recommended.

The studio has mats and props for you to use, however it is good to bring your own blanket, eyebag, and mat if you have them.
