Join The Art of Life Mindfulness Program at Bloom Yoga Studio to deeply relax and unwind with gentle supported restorative yoga poses to release deeply held physical tension. The second half of the class is a yoga nap called yoga nidra meditation practiced in a comfortable lying down position to release mental and emotional tension by practicing relaxation and breathing exercises to move your brain into the alpha state.

Wear clothes you can stretch in and layers for comfort. Warm socks recommended.
The studio has mats and props for you to use, however it is good to bring your own blanket, eyebag, and mat if you have them.
